How to apply
The 30% AMI homes are full: they take a waitlist. Every other tier is taking applications.
The steps
From the income limits to your lease.
Check the income limits
Find your household size in the 2026 income limits table. Your household's total yearly income must be at or below the limit for the tier you apply for.
See the income limitsChoose a plan
Each floor plan shows its tier, its rent, its total monthly price and the homes free now.
See the floor plansSend the pre-application or join the waitlist
One form does both. It asks for your household size, the plan you want and whether you have a voucher, and no documents yet.
Go to the formTurn in your documents
Bring or send the documents on the list for every adult in your household.
See what to bringTurn in every document within five business days of starting your application.
We verify your income
We check every source of income against your documents. The program requires it before you move in.
The program's compliance review
Your file then goes to the program's compliance review, which confirms your household's income fits the home's tier.
Review takes up to two weeks: first your income and documents, then the program's compliance review.
Sign your lease
Once your household is approved, you sign your lease and move in.
Each year the household certifies its income again. A household whose income rises after move-in can stay.
