Who we are
Marigold Commons is managed by Cedarline Residential. In this policy, “we” means Cedarline Residential and the Marigold Commons leasing office.
What our forms collect
This website has three forms, and each asks only for what we need to answer you.
- Schedule a tourYour name, email and phone, and if you give them, the day you'd like to visit, the floor plan you'd like to see and a message.
- ContactYour name and email, and if you give them, your phone, your move-in date and a message.
- Apply or join the waitlistYour name, email and phone, the bedrooms you need and your household size, and if you give them, the floor plan, whether you have a Housing Choice Voucher and a message.
We don't ask for your Social Security number, your income or your bank details on this website. We ask for those only when you turn in documents for your application.
The Ask bar at the foot of each page uses your question to find the answer on this site. Please don't type personal details into it.
Like most websites, the service that hosts this one keeps standard records of visits, such as the page asked for, the time and the kind of browser, to keep the site running and secure. This site doesn't use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your message, set up your tour, and handle your pre-application or your place on the waitlist. We reach you about these by phone or email. We never sell what you share, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who sees it
The Marigold Commons leasing office and the Cedarline Residential staff who handle leasing. The companies that run this website and its forms store what you send for us, and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
- A message or a tour request12 months after we last hear from you. Then we delete it.
- A pre-application or a place on the waitlistAs long as it is open. If you move in, it becomes part of your resident file, which we keep as long as the law and the program require. If you don't, we delete it 12 months after it closes.
See, correct or delete what you shared
Ask us any time, by phone, by email or at the office. Tell us your name and the email or phone you used on the form. We'll answer within 30 days.
Deleting a pre-application also takes you off the waitlist, so we'll check with you before we do it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with its date.
